What is QR Speaker?

A QR Speaker for UPI Payments is a small audio device that announces payment confirmations when a customer makes a UPI (Unified Payments Interface) transaction by scanning a QR code. These speakers are commonly used by businesses, shops, and street vendors to get real-time voice alerts for received payments, eliminating the need to check their phone for each transaction.

How It Works

1. The merchant displays a UPI QR Code (from Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BharatPe, etc.).

2. The customer scans the QR code using their UPI app and makes the payment.

3. The QR Speaker receives the payment notification and announces the amount received in the local language.

4. The merchant gets instant confirmation without checking their phone.

We identified an opportunity in speaker space, where Merchants are using multiple QR account to accept payments.

Merchant need to buy multiple speaker from all company to hear voice notifications.

Adding these multiple speaker cost rental as well. It cost Rs. 100-150. per speaker. It is costly for small shop-if they install 2-3 QR on their shop.
